At Resolved Care Services our priority is the safety and wellbeing of everyone, including the people we support, staff, carers, and families. We will continue to provide support, by adjusting our services while adhering to government restrictions, and promote and protect the health and wellbeing of everyone we support.
In order to respond to the current outbreak of COVID-19 and what it means for our staff and the people we support, we have put precautionary measures in place and are taking the necessary steps to minimise the risk of exposure to coronavirus in our workplaces and residences.
How we are protecting the people we support
As well as continuing to provide services, we have put a number of measures in place to prevent the spread of COVID-19:
We have stopped all non-essential visitors and are ensuring the safety of our clients and staff
We have implemented cleaning and hygiene protocols that align with Department of Health in all of our workplaces, homes and centre.
Our office based staff are working remotely and staff who have travelled overseas or have any symptoms are in isolation.
