SSRC Services

Holistic, Safe, and Structured

Our key objectives are to:
  • Create high-quality care environments that foster positive, healing relationships with family, kin, and community.
  • Ensure each child or young person receives the right level of care—tailored to their needs and delivered at the right time throughout their care journey.

Resolved Care Services provides children and young people with a safe, nurturing, and home-like environment, grounded in a therapeutic care approach.

SIL Placements

Resolved Care Services offers both full-time and part-time Supported Independent Living (SIL) placements for children and young people supported under the NDIS. These placements provide care outside the family home for participants with high support needs who require significant assistance throughout the day.
We work in close collaboration with families and all relevant stakeholders to ensure the child’s best interests remain at the heart of their care. SIL options are available across various locations in Australia, tailored to meet each participant’s unique needs.

Transitional Supports

Resolved Care Services provides tailored support for young people transitioning from juvenile justice, community detention, or hospital settings. Our goal is to facilitate successful community reintegration through safe, welcoming, and inclusive environments that are culturally appropriate and responsive to individual needs.

Short and Long Term Emergency placements

Resolved Care Services provides short-term emergency accommodation for children and young people who need immediate support. Our emergency placements ensure a safe, stable environment while maintaining strong connections to the local community. We prioritise continuity in education, with a strong focus on supporting school attendance throughout the placement.

Respite Care placement

Resolved Care Services offers flexible respite care—whether planned or unplanned, regular or one-off. Our services provide families and carers with a much-needed break, while giving children and young people a safe, supportive “home away from home.”

We focus on maintaining familiar routines in a nurturing environment, ensuring continuity and comfort. Guided by a person-centred approach, our respite care is tailored to meet the individual needs of each child or young person.

Providing Long-Term Stability and Success

At Resolved Care Services, our primary goal is to support children and young people in making a successful transition to a permanent placement or a less intensive care setting, where possible. We achieve this by drawing on deep expertise in Out-of-Home Care (OOHC), maintaining a consistent and well-trained team, and addressing the complex needs associated with trauma, abuse, neglect, separation, and cultural identity.

We recognise the many environmental factors that can impact outcomes for children and young people in care. This understanding drives our commitment to providing every young person with the best possible opportunity for long-term stability, personal growth, and lasting success.
